The Boston College Center for Work & Family is recruiting for a new research study with working LGBTQ+ parents exploring:

•Ìý ÌýFeelings of inclusion and belonging at work

•Ìý ÌýWorkplace supports that are most impactful

•Ìý ÌýHow families share caregiving and householdÌý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìýresponsibilities

Choosing new colour for the nursery
Ìý

Eligibility criteria:

•Ìý Ìý18 years+ and living in the U.S.

•Ìý ÌýIdentify as LGBTQ+ and be a parent to child(ren) under age 18

•Ìý ÌýEmployed by your current employer for at least one year and be eligible for benefits

Ìý

If selected, you will:

•Ìý ÌýParticipate in a 60-minute audio or video interview

•Ìý ÌýReceive nominal compensation in appreciation for your participationÌý
