Netherlands adopts new child labor due diligence law
REGULATORY RADAR - The Dutch Senate has passed the Child Labor Due Diligence Bill (鈥淲et Zorgplicht Kinderarbeid鈥�), which requires that companies identify, prevent, and address child labor issues within their supply chains.
