The 16th Annual Finance Conference
The annual Finance Conference returned to Boston College with a roster of influential speakers on Friday, May 12. Opening with a welcome reception on Thursday evening in Gasson Hall, the all-day conference focused on topics such as the economy, geopolitical conditions, climate change, and the challenges ahead for investors.

Don鈥檛 miss the Dorothy Margaret Rose Knight Economic Keynote Discussion entitled 鈥溾�� given by bestselling author Malcolm Gladwell. Watch the speech 鈥�,鈥� presented by Meghan O'Sullivan, the Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs and director of the Geopolitics of Energy Project at Harvard University鈥檚 Kennedy School. A talk by energy and environmental expert聽Lawrence Makovich '77, titled聽鈥�,鈥� is also available to view.听
In addition to the talks, recordings of two panels are viewable.听Richard Clarida, Global Economic Advisor at PIMCO, and聽Marc Seidner '88 P '24, CIO of Non-traditional Strategies at PIMCO, hosted the panel entitled 鈥�.鈥� Marc Seidner also co-hosted 鈥溾�� with Richard Bernstein, CEO/CIO of Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC.
