Shannon Lee has over 20 years of experience in social work and education, primarily working within human service organizations. She currently serves as the senior vice president of communications and strategic initiatives at Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs, where she advances initiatives in child welfare, children's behavioral health, and special education.
Shannon holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University School of Social Work, a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
At The Home for Little Wanderers, she developed expertise in organizational performance, risk management, and program evaluation. As a part-time professor at Boston College School of Social Work, she teaches a macro course entitled 鈥淢anagement of Organizations Serving Children, Youth, & Families.鈥
