Profile

Mackenzie Queenin is an Adjunct Professor and co-teaches Cybercrime. She is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney鈥檚 Office in Boston, where she has worked since 2018. Queenin prosecutes white-collar crimes and specializes in complex financial and cybercrimes. She has investigated and prosecuted a variety of crimes including computer intrusions, securities fraud, insider trading, trafficking in counterfeit goods, and sex trafficking offenses. She has tried many cases to jury verdict, including on charges of wire fraud, mail fraud, federal programs bribery, money laundering, and cocaine distribution.

Queenin聽is a co-chair of the White-Collar section at the Boston Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on various issues related to white-collar crimes and complex investigations. Before joining the U.S. Attorney鈥檚 Office, Queenin worked for five years in private practice in Boston, where she represented individuals and corporations in government investigations and in complex commercial litigation. Queenin graduated聽magna cum laude聽from Providence College with B.A.s in Political Science and Sociology. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she was on the board of the Public Interest Law Foundation and participated in the Middlesex DA鈥檚 Office Prosecution Clinic.
